Aeroduct Industries , based in Dubai is involved in the manufacturing of HVAC Ducting Accessories.

Currently the product line includes the complete range of Flexible Duct Connectors, and Insulation Fasteners.

Standard fabrics in the production range include Vinyl, Neoprene , Neoprene (BS) , Silicon Rubber , Hypalon , and Polyurethane. All Aeroduct Fabrics meet the requirements of NFPA 701 (formerly UL214), and are rated Class 1 as per ASTM E -84 tests for Surface Burning Characteristics.

In addition , Neoprene (BS) fabric is classified as Class 1 , when tested as per BS 476 , Part 7 tests for spread of Flame.

Polyurethane fabric is also classified as Class 1 , when tested as per BS 476 , Part 7 and achieves a Class O rating , when tested as per BS 476, Part 6.

Canvas fabric has a special fire retardant coating to meet EN 532 and EN 533.

AERODUCT is the only manufacturer having a comprehensive range of insulated duct connectors manufactured using 24 gauge metal. The fabrics used in Insulated Duct Connectors include Vinyl , Neoprene , Neoprene BS , Silicon Rubber and Polyurethane.

The Insulation Fasteners are manufactured from 28 gauge Steel , and have two options of base size , 50mm x 50mm , and 35mm x 35mm. The pin sizes vary from 19mm to 110mm, to suit all the different thicknesses of insulation. Nylon Protection caps are provided to prevent tip of the pin from hurting the installer.

All products manufactured by Aeroduct Industries use galvanized steel meeting ASTM A-525 – G60 standards.

Stainless Steel options are also available for most products.
